- Stay up-to-date with **cultural trends, historical facts, and new exhibitions**.
- Manage tour schedules with **strict punctuality**—being on time is **CRUCIAL**.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure **smooth logistics** and high customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:**Languages**:- **Bilingual (Spanish & English)** - Advanced **spoken proficiency** required.
- Additional languages are a plus!
**Expertise & Knowledge**:- Strong background in **history, art, architecture, or cultural studies**.
