**Sales Manager - Bloom Works (Remote, Full-Time)**Join Bloom Works, a fast-growing landscaping and construction company based in Los Angeles, CA.We're redefining outdoor living with top-tier services, and we're looking for a **Sales Manager** who can lead the charge in driving revenue, building relationships, and helping our business scale to the next level.
**Key Responsibilities**- Lead the full sales cycle: respond to warm leads, schedule and conduct virtual meetings, deliver persuasive proposals, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing Bloom Works with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets while tracking performance using a monthly scorecard.
- Oversee accurate documentation of all sales communications in our CRM.
- Collect and analyze client insights to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Conduct market research and contribute to sales strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on updates for social media, website, brochures, and promotional campaigns.
**Qualifications**- Proven track record in sales management or senior sales roles, with a history of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Experience in landscaping, construction,



or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with comfort in virtual selling.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and leadership qualities.
- Energetic, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for growing a business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
**Preferred Experience**- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Confidence in pursuing new business opportunities, including cold outreach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
