**We are seeking a passionate student pursuing a degree in Engineering (Industrial Administration, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, etc.) who is energetic, eager to learn, and committed to providing excellent service in our production processes.
**Core Responsibilities**:- Evaluate inefficiencies in business processes and systems; seek continuous improvement activities aimed at increasing productivity and quality in data management.
- Lead and/or participate in projects focused on automating tools, processes, or visual management for the team.
- Drive compliance in the area with Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement requirements, facilitating the execution and implementation of projects in the production area.
- Prepare necessary documentation for departmental meetings/huddles related to performance.
- Support Continuous Improvement tasks (5's, TPM, Floor Management).
- Assist, execute, and gather data/quotes for the purchase of consumables and tools.
**Do you have what it takes?
****Remember to attach your CV in PDF format**- Pursuing a bachelor's degree between the 5th year and 1 year before graduation.
- Knowledge of systems such as Power BI and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Soft skills: Teamwork, leadership, proactivity, and collaboration.
