**Objective**:We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is directly involved with product and process.This role requires a team player, high drive, and a passion for continuous improvement.You'll lead and optimize all operations activities to ensure our products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage production operations through direct supervision and by coaching front-line supervisors, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Develop and execute the production schedule, monitor performance, and take action to drive efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve throughput.
- Actively participate on the floor—supporting teams, removing obstacles, and promoting a "lead by example" mindset.
- Analyze and improve production methods and processes to enhance quality and productivity.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production metrics and results.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive the validation and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.




- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and resource plans; identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Recommend and implement improvements in layout, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
