We are ALTEN Mexico, an engineering company that provides specialized solutions for engineering, technology, and product development projects across multiple industries.As a Warranty Specialist at ALTEN Mexico, you will play a key role within the Aftersales Premium Car department.You will be responsible for the technical and analytical evaluation of automotive warranty cases, acting as a subject‐matter expert across aftersales, engineering, quality, and service operations.This is a senior-level position that requires strong technical credibility, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.The Warranty Specialist serves as both a technical authority and a trusted decision‐maker, ensuring consistent, fair, and well‐documented warranty decisions that protect the company's financial interests and brand reputation.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate automotive warranty claims by analyzing technical reports, failure analyses, and field data.Determine warranty applicability in accordance with company policies, contractual terms, and legal or regulatory requirements.Analyze detailed technical documentation related to vehicle or component failures.Assess root cause analyses, test results, and usage conditions to determine warranty coverage.Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to understand failure mechanisms and design intent.Interpret warranty terms, exclusions,
