**Position Purpose**Responsible for the reconciliation of financial data and records in order to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures, respnsible of digital transformation using technology to efficiently replace sets of repeatable manual workflow steps and notifications with software-driven task completion and eliminates workflow bottlenecks for greater productivity.
**Primary Accountabilities**- Create,support, design and implementation of automation workflows, works with different business areas to understand the different business cases.Collaborate with functional test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing and guide business users in testing.
- Create business documents such as SOP and technical documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary.




- Maintenance of created reports and solutions- Learn customer business processes and gain an understanding of all data sources in order to quickly assess feasibility of proposed automation.Work with the Financial Systems Manager to identify the technical requirements to design and develop bots for automation requests- Analyze the current business process or projects in order to discuss with the Financial Systems Manager process improvement ideas to create efficiencies via modifications to file definitions and/or file mappings**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Information Technology & SystemsYears of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: Basic Knowledge of SQL databases, create queries, ability to identify errors, Appropriate, handling of sensitive information, High level of attention to detail.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Basic SQL knowledge, Any Programming lenguage, Data analysis, English Basic-Mid Level, Office Excel,Word.Other/Preferred: Knowledge of Python & ETL tools is a plus
