create ex survey action plan.Work closely with corporate engineering on production line transfers or improvements as required.Support corporate Quality improvement CAPA implementations and lead QA improvements.Assist engineering FMR.Ensure completion of ISU Training for self and employees.Support process validation.QualificationsExternal Candidate Minimum 3 years of either supervisor or Engineering experience.Internal Candidate Minimum1 year at least on Internal Development Program.Bachelor's degree in fields related to engineering or manufacturing — official proof of studies (degree or certificate) is required.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.Able to communication skills, including written and verbal instruction.Ability to read, write and understand intermediate English.Basic Knowledge or experience in Manufacturing Process.Proficient in the use of personal computers, familiar with Microsoft Office, MRP, SAP and Agile preferred.Aviso sobre los Controles de Exportación de EE.UU.
