- A chance to be part of a growing organization.You will be responsible for- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job post, conduct pre-screening, coordinate and attend interviews, preparing final offers and close requisition for US, Mexico, and Canada.
- Collaborate with hiring managers when setting qualification criteria and advise of possible challenges.
- Host and participate in job fairs both in person and virtual.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making.

- Maintain a well-organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives.




- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.What we need from you- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of human resources experience specializing in Recruitment and Selection.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Positive Track record of handling sensitive and confidential issues- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employee retention.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations including labour laws as it pertains to new hires.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
- Effective consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
- Bilingual - Spanish/English.
- Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX.
