———————————————————————————What You Will OwnProject Management- Own timelines, weekly deliverables, and milestone tracking across multiple active client engagements- Serve as the primary point of coordination between the consulting lead and client support teams- Prepare weekly status updates for each client — clear, concise, and action-oriented- Flag blockers and risks early, always with a proposed solutionClient Onboarding- Lead onboarding for new clients from kickoff through first deliverable- Ensure every new client has a working system inside GHL within the first two weeks- Maintain organized project documentation for every engagement in Google DriveGoHighLevel- Build and manage workflows for dental and DSO clients — triggers, branching logic, automations, custom fields, and pipelines- Audit existing client GHL accounts and identify what is broken or missing- Troubleshoot failed workflows — find the root cause, fix it, document it- Build snapshots and templates for repeatable onboarding- Train clients and team members on GHL as neededOperations Support- Document recurring processes as SOPs before they get repeated a second time- Data entry, reporting,
