- Creating presentations using graphics.
- Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.




- Leading Daily Operational meetings as needed and document follow up actions.
- Curate key documents for the Site.
**- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:- High school or equivalent- Are 18 years of age or older- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 2+ years of executive assistant experience- 2+ years of experience managing travel reservations.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Experience with end-to-end project management- Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports- Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent- Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.
