**About the Role**:**Your responsibilities**- Identify new digital transformation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility together with consultants and process owners.
- Being part of the project life cycle, starting from process analysis, simplification, development, testing and maintenance- Create UI designs and prototypes- Participate in process optimization & design workshops as part of an agile project team- Support internal improvement,



ideations and innovation programs- Participating in projects within Americas region**Requirements/Qualifications**:- Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Mendix development- Mendix Intermediate Certification is a must, Advanced as a plus.
- Experience of User experience (UX) and User interface (UI)- Knowledge, experience and integration with API, SQL, Excel VBA, HTML, Java, CSS, JavaScript, OpenSSL- Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community (extra curricular activities)- Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills- Agile, technically savvy, with a knack at creating solutions- Creative thinker with a unique ability for resourcefulness- Advanced English is a must (B2 at least, C1 is a plus)- Project management skills due to direct interaction with the business- Lean/Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum methodologies know-how is preferred.
