SQL Support Analyst / Operations AnalystJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SQL Support Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in SQL and operational support environments.The adecuado candidate will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving application and data-related issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.Experience with Splunk and ServiceNow (SNOW) is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production support incidents and service requests.Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.Monitor system performance and identify operational anomalies using Splunk.Manage incidents, requests, and change records through ServiceNow (SNOW).
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure timely resolution of problems.Support application monitoring, incident management, and operational reporting.Document issues, solutions,



and operational procedures following established standards.Participate in on-call or support rotation activities as required.Required Technical SkillsSQL: Strong hands-on experience (3 to 5 years) with query writing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and database operations.Splunk: Experience in monitoring, log analysis, dashboard review, and incident investigation.ServiceNow (SNOW): Experience managing incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change management activities.Required Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.Logical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.Analytical mindset with a practical and common-sense approach to issue resolution.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience working in application support, production support, or operations environments.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.Experience3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SQL-based support, operations, or application support roles.
