**IT Procurement Specialist****Job in a nutshell**:In this role, you will manage IT-related purchases, quotations, service payments, and inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking and administration of accessories, phone lines, and IT equipment.
**What will you be doing**:- Handle quotations, IT-related purchases,



and service payments.
- Manage accessory purchases, create Purchase Requisitions, track POs and purchases, and oversee invoice management in SAP (4Hanna and R8).
- Review and manage WorkCircles for service receipt through invoices and payment follow-up.
- Administer Telcel ABC phone lines (activations, deactivations, and changes).
- Prepare responsibility letters and return letters for equipment and accessories.
- Log support tickets in ServiceNow.
- Validate IT accessory inventory.
- Manage phone line and accessory inventory.
- Configure and set up smartphones.
**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience in IT procurement or purchasing of technology equipment and services.
- Experience with SAP for purchase requisitions and PO tracking.
- Ability to follow up on service payments and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
