(Remote)**Type**: Full-time**Summary**:We are looking for a **Document Control Specialist** to join our Engineering team.This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and release of all engineering documentation and part records in our ERP system.The position will oversee the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, ensuring that all product revisions, BOMs, and part data are properly entered, reviewed, and released in compliance with company standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Administer the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, ensuring timely approval and implementation.
- Maintain and release engineering drawings, BOMs, routings, and part records into the ERP system.
- Ensure engineering documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
- Verify data accuracy, including part descriptions and revision levels.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams for smooth document transitions.




- Support integration between SolidWorks/PDM and ERP (Epicor).
- Track and report ECO status and document release metrics.
- Maintain ISO-compliant document records.
- Provide training on document control and ERP processes.
**Qualifications**:- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or data management, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with PDM systems and ECO workflows preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational skills.
