ARSAN International Consulting Group | Full timeSr.Automation & Robotics Manager – Metal-Mechanic Industry (Queretaro)We are Expert One-on-One Career MatchmakersHelping World-Class Companies Hire World-Class TalentWe connect top‐tier talent with leading organizations across industries in the USA & Mexico.Whether you're looking to fill a critical leadership role or expand your team, we're here to help you find the best talent in the world.Our client, a world-class manufacturing company, is seeking a Sr.Automation & Robotics Manager within the metal‐mechanic industry.This leadership role is responsible for directing and managing the Automation and Controls department, ensuring the successful implementation of high-impact automation projects across multiple manufacturing lines and locations.The idóneo candidate will provide technical guidance across engineering disciplines, collaborate on cross‐functional projects (including remote sites), and continuously identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve productivity and process reliability.This position requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and a passion for innovation in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Note: This position is available only under Mexican payroll.Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience managing engineering or automation teams in an industrial manufacturing settingAt least 5–7 years of hands‐on experience in Automation, Controls Engineering, or Robotics integrationExperience in high‐volume, precision manufacturing environments is highly valuedBilingual: Fluent in English and SpanishTechnical Knowledge / ExperienceModel‐based design, simulation, and software validation (Matlab, ANSYS, Comsol, Abaqus)3D mechanical design and program management (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent)Advanced PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI systems integrationIndustrial robotics: setup, programming, and integration (e.G., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA)Software development in C/C++/C#, Python,



SQL Server, Visual BasicExperience in machine vision systems, optical sensors, and automation for quality inspectionStrong understanding of forward/reverse kinematics, control loops, and process optimizationAbility to lead technical teams in programming, troubleshooting, and designing control systems from scratchCore CompetenciesStrategic & Critical ThinkingKey ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of automation projects to increase operational efficiency and reduce costsEstablish and promote best engineering practices in controls, robotics, and industrial automationCoordinate projects across multiple plants, including remote or international locationsOversee the automation of manual operations and integration of new technologies into production linesEnsure alignment of automation initiatives with overall plant strategy and productivity goalsDrive cycle time reduction, quality improvements, and OEE gainsCollaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams on cross‐functional improvement effortsParticipate in the validation and ramp‐up of new equipment, tools, and production linesDevelop suppliers and technical partners for automation and equipment fabricationProvide training and mentorship to technical personnel, ensuring competency development and performanceLead and coordinate continuous improvement projects within the automation functionWhy Join This Opportunity?
