cleanliness and standards (DCS, DOS).
Maintain whiteboard and indicators.Guarantee tools and equipment.Coordinate WO with advisors, technicians, reception and warehouse.Monitor productivity and efficiency by WO.Manage roadside assistance and WO returns.Administrative managementPrepare failure reports for billing (warranty, contract, customer).
Use and supervise platforms like TIA Portal.Comply with safety, health and environmental standards.Define WO payers.Ensure sufficient personnel.Execute Regional Management projects.Establish clear goals (best practices, hygiene, safety).
Propose, implement and follow up on improvements.EDUCATIONHigh school, TSU or Technical degree completedJOB PROFILE6 year in a similar position.Basic knowledge of mechanics (preferred).
Experience in cycle counts.Office software management (basic to intermediate).
Knowledge of safety standards and continuous improvement (5S, problem solving).
Experience in handling chemicals (preferred).
Desirable experience in reverse logistics and receiving international materials.
