Location: Chihuahua, Mexico.Time type: Full time.Remote type: Onsite.MAINTENANCE CHIEFThe Maintenance Chief is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and maintenance operations of the company's facilities.This role ensures that the appropriate resources are available to carry out all functions within budget.The position requires strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems, including building maintenance.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and comply with all personal and general plant safety rulesParticipate in all continuous improvement initiativesComply with internal work regulationsReport any unsafe acts and/or conditions observed in the workplace or within the plant through the appropriate channelsMaintain control of maintenance activities for key plant equipment essential for operations (electrical substations, pump rooms, utilities, HVAC units, offices, cafeteria,
