OverviewBD is a leading integral medical technology company.Integrated Diagnostics Solutions (IDS) aims to drive growth and innovation across management of samples and diagnostic solutions.Especialista de Aplicaciones (Call Center)provides first‐level technical support for the Applications area of Diagnostic Systems, assisting internal and external clients with the use, results, and operation of instruments.The role includes case creation and management, remote initial support, escalation as needed, and development and delivery of educational and support materials for platforms, inputs, and workflows.ResponsibilitiesProvide first‐level technical support to internal and external customers on the use, results, and operation of the business platform instruments.Receive requests via email, phone messages, and calls, creating and managing cases for proper attention and follow‐up.Provide remote initial assistance by phone, email, videoconference, or RSS connections to address customer queries and needs; escalate cases to specialized or field personnel when necessary.Contribute to the proper functioning of installed platforms and promote appropriate use of inputs and procedures.Design and develop educational material, including presentations, user guides, and training resources related to the platforms and laboratory practices.Plan, coordinate, and deliver virtual and in‐person training at Training Centers for end customers, using Microsoft Teams, Litmos, or other corporate tools.Promote best practices in the use of instruments, inputs, and workflows to ensure proper operation of installed platforms.Generate and manage quality reports related to instruments, reagents, and inputs, ensuring complete documentation and timely case follow‐up.Maintain ongoing communication with Quality and Pharmacovigilance/Reactive Surveillance to track,
close reports, and provide updates to customers.Identify and communicate inconsistencies or deviations in instrument, reagent, and product performance, contributing to continuous process and solution improvements.RequisitosUniversity degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields (e.g., QFB, QBP, QC, Bioquímico, Ingeniero Químico, Ingeniero en Biotecnología, Ingeniero Biomédico).
Intermediate English.1–2 years of experience in clinical or research laboratories, quality and/or sample handling, handling of biological samples, and use of virtual platforms for training and collaboration (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Moodle).
DeseableExperience in programming or use of Artificial Intelligence tools; knowledge of validation, functionality verification, and quality control processes in laboratory instruments.Competencias requeridasCommunication skills, customer service orientation, problem solving, and the ability to deliver technical training effectively.Why Join Us?
