A leading multinational company is seeking aSenior Operational Risk Specialistto join its team.We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong experience inOperational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Controls, and Internal Audit.The adecuado candidate will have a strategic, business partnering mindset and the ability to work closely with business leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while strengthening the organization's control environment and corporate governance.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience inOperational Risk, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Audit, or Internal Controls.Experience within theinsurance, financial services, banking, healthcare, orconsultingindustries (Big Four experience is highly preferred).




Proven experience facilitating risk assessments and partnering with business stakeholders to enhance risk management practices.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative approach.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate operational and enterprise risk assessments across the organization.Maintain and enhance risk and control matrices (RCMs).
Monitor mitigation plans and identify emerging risks.Execute risk-based audits and follow up on the implementation of corrective action plans.Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for Audit and Risk Committees.Serve as a trusted Business Partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a strong risk management and internal control culture throughout the organization.
