including actual billings and expenses vs planned budgetConduct analytical review of project reports; evaluate projects' status and supply partners with forecast and correction measuresCreate and submit invoicesCompile expense receipts from project team, to submit with expense invoicesCollections and unbilled receivables managementTime sheet and expense approvalsMonitor and report on budget deviationsPeriod reporting requirements for assigned practiceWork with finance team and other project controllers for project updates and process improvementsMonitor and update CRM opportunitiesContribute to the development of project deliverablesSecondary responsibilitiesCoordinate calendars, appointments, and travelForecast executives' bookings on engagementsSeveral internal projects relating to practice, executive, or operations teamRequirements & QualificationsReports to an office daily2 or more years of experienceBA, BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or MathMonitor project performance against budget and schedule.Experience supporting large-scale projects in manufacturing, engineering, construction, technology, or industrial environments.Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.We prefer knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
