This is not a "maintain what exists" position; it is a "help us figure out what's next" position.As ourAI & Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and evolving our internal AI platform, building automation workflows, and playing an active role in shaping the tools and capabilities we roll out to employees across the organization.
You will work directly under the CISO and have real influence over the direction of our AI program.What You'll Do:Platform Administration.Administer and manage our internal AI chat and workflow platform — user access provisioning, model configurations, integrations, and day-to-day operational healthAutomation Development.Build and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual effort, improve response times, and connect systems intelligently across the organizationInnovation & Discovery.Identify opportunities to expand AI-assisted capabilities and bring forward well-reasoned proposals for new tools, integrations,
