Job PurposeResponsible for the structuring, execution and ongoing management of Rates, FX and Asset-Backed Financing solutions for clients across Mexico and LatAm.
The role supports client activity across hedging, financing and structured solutions, including private ABF transactions, product development, commercial delivery and internal / external marketing.
The position also oversees the monitoring and lifecycle management of the existing ABF portfolio in HSBC Mexico, ensuring strong execution standards, appropriate controls and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesStructure bespoke Rates and FX solutions for corporate and institutional clients across Mexico and LatAm.Originate, structure and execute private Asset-Backed Financing transactions backed by portfolios such as residential mortgages, personal loans, SME loans, equipment leases, auto loans and auto leases.Perform portfolio data collection and analysis to assess collateral quality, portfolio performance, concentration levels, eligibility criteria and transaction economics.Review and negotiate transaction documentation in coordination with Legal and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate external service providers required for ABF execution, including legal counsel, rating agencies, master servicers and portfolio auditors.Monitor the existing ABF portfolio in HSBC Mexico, including facility terms, monthly reporting, compliance tracking, audits, amendments, renewals and terminations.Support monthly P&L; reporting, disbursement and prepayment tracking, and regulatory reporting inputs related to the ABF portfolio.Prepare client presentations, sales materials, internal teach-ins and product marketing content across Rates,



FX and Structured Financing.Partner closely with Coverage, Sales, Trading, Risk, Legal, Operations, Product Control and Regulatory Reporting teams and regional / integral structuring stakeholders to ensure timely and disciplined execution.Key RequirementsStrong understanding of Rates, FX and Structured Financing products, including collateral analysis, transaction mechanics, servicing frameworks and documentation requirements.Relevant experience in structuring, execution and portfolio management of financing and risk management solutions.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret portfolio data and assess commercial and risk transaction implications.Experience working with internal control functions and external providers such as legal counsels, auditors, rating agencies and master servicers.Strong project management capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.HSBC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
