**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and minor maintenance of flight simulators- Assist with corrective maintenance, hardware modifications,



and refurbishment activities- Support daily simulator operations including pre-flight and post-flight checks- Accurately record maintenance tasks- Interact with customers and flight crews professionally to ensure satisfaction**Qualifications**:- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a college or technical program in Aviation, Avionics, Engineering, or a related discipline- Basic understanding of aircraft systems, avionics, or navigation concepts- Comfortable using hand tools and basic diagnostic/test equipment- Strong technical aptitude with solid computer skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Physically able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods- Must have legal right to work; company is not able to sponsor visas- Must reside locally or have reliable transportation to the facility- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
