Patient Service Representative (PSR) / Scheduler**Location**: Mexico Onsite**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)Are you organized, techsavvy, and passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences?
Join our team as a **Patient Service Representative (PSR) / Scheduler** and become the first point of contact for patients and providers.What youll do:- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and provider calendars- Handle patient registration, checkin/checkout,



and insurance verification- Support billing and documentation processes in the EHR system- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policiesWhat were looking for:- High school diploma or equivalent (required)- 1+ year of experience in medical office, patient services, or scheduling (preferred)- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance workflows- Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer tools- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsIf you thrive in a fastpaced environment and want to make a difference in patient care, wed love to hear from you!
