****Responsibilities**:- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership for all internal operations departments, including legal, data analysis, project management, process and system implementation, QC/QA, and operational admins.Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Lead the department's daily operations to achieve the highest standards of efficiency and quality.Drive operational excellence through effective management and strategic oversight.

- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and systems, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness across all internal departments.Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key operational projects.Manage resources effectively and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations for the entire firm comply with legal and regulatory standards.Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the department and company as a whole while working closely with your legal department.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the operational budget for all internal departments, ensuring efficient allocation, sustainability, and cost-effective resource management.
- Talent Management: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team within internal operations.Ensure that your teams & your upline manager thrive.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain excellent communication with senior leadership, departmental heads, and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and alignment across the organization.

**Working Hours**- Our business hours for operations in the USA are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) in Arizona.
- Expect to work at least 40 hours per week.
