- Documentation of business rules to fuel the adoption process (User guides and support resources to help employees understand and effectively use new digital tools).
- Develop action strategies based on data, in conjunction with the different areas of the organization and Weekly sessions with regions to monitor issue resolution- Keep all business rules updated, ensuring that they reflect changes and updates in the company's digital environment.
- Design hypothesis and experimentation exercises to obtain relevant conclusions in data analysis.
- Establish the complete automation of processes that allow discarding manual procedures and directing time towards higher value activities.




**Requirements**:- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree: Industrial, Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Related.
- **English Language Proficiency: Intermediate-High**:- 2 - 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Solid experience in the sector.
- Computer science, mathematics, statistics, mining, modeling, ETL and data analysis, logic.
- Programming languages: Python (Sklearn, Pandas, Numpy, Os, Tensorflow, etc) and SQL (Stored Processes, Queries, Database Administration, Jobs, CTE, Views) Required.R Not essential, Preferred.
- Softwares and working tools: Power Bi, Google Analytics, Office, Visual and Tableau.
- Knowledge in data warehousing systems.Snowflake, SQL Server.
- Skills: Numerical analysis, statistical modeling, data visualization, database design and administration, programming and data processing, generation of artificial intelligence algorithms and machine learning processes.
