- Gather and evaluate functional requirements, write specifications, and support developers in implementing Packaging Environmental Sustainability solutions across LATAM.
- Identify, test, and implement changes to current systems to ensure compliance, improve performance, and usability.
- Support the deployment of IT solutions in factories across LATAM markets and act as the second level of support for stream solutions, resolving incidents and driving continuous improvement.
- Partner with business and IS/IT teams to understand needs, translate requirements, and propose alternative solutions,



while also facilitating strategy and innovation planning with stakeholders.
**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**:- Knowledge of similar businesses, e.g., chocolate, sugar, food, etc.- Demonstrated success in delivering competitive advantage to the business through the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for the spend category in charge over a sustained period (2-3 years).
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects.
- Demonstrated successful use of risk management, analyses, responsible sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
- Successful negotiation experience in cross-functional and cross-market teams.
