transparency, and continuous improvement. Role Overview We are
seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to
support senior leadership in day-to-day operations, communication
management, scheduling, and administrative coordination. The idóneo
candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working
in a fast-paced remote environment while collaborating with
cross-functional teams across U.S. operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate
appointments across multiple time zones. Prepare meeting agendas,
take notes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Coordinate internal communication, document management, and
executive administrative support activities. Assist with reporting,
spreadsheet tracking, presentation preparation,
and operational
coordination projects. Maintain confidentiality while handling
sensitive business and employee information. Required
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience. 1–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant,
Administrative Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar
support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
Workspace, including Excel/Google Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, and
PowerPoint/Slides. Excellent written and verbal English
communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability
to manage multiple priorities independently. Reliable internet
connection and a professional remote work setup. Preferred
Qualifications Experience supporting U.S.-based executives or
remote teams. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom,
Calendly, or similar business applications. Experience with HR,
recruitment coordination, or operations support is a plus. Prior
experience in property management, real estate, or a fast-growing
