We build real relationships, and those relationships turn into unforgettable trips for real people.The gig | You'd be our first dedicated Account Executive for Mexico - based in CDMX, visiting agencies and tour operators, running trainings, showing up at events, and building the relationships that make our portfolio one of choices for Mexican travel advisors. That footprint grows to other Mexican cities too, and you'll travel together alone and with the rest of our team for roadshows and events along the way.We work in bleisure - literally business + leisure - and honestly, that's the best part of the job. Yes, we need results: bookings, relationships, a healthy pipeline, numbers that move. But we also believe you should enjoy the ride. Fam trips to five-star resorts, events in incredible destinations, real perks that come with representing a luxury travel portfolio — take advantage of it. We work hard and we play hard, and we want someone who gets that balance.What you'll actually doVisit and build relationships with Mexico's top travel agencies, tour operators, and consortia - in person, regularly.Run portfolio trainings so advisors know our hotels, resorts, and DMCs inside and out.Show up at industry events,



trade shows, and roadshows - representing CONECTA in Mexico (and traveling with/without the team as coverage grows).Hunt down and develop new relationships with agencies and operators we haven't reached yet.Keep your pipeline honest - every visit, quote, and follow-up logged with a next step, using our CRM and procedures.Follow our playbook: the same speech, templates, and reporting that the whole sales team uses and keeps updated together, so wherever in Latin America someone talks to CONECTA, it sounds like CONECTA.Team up with our Sales, Marketing, and Concierge crew in Brazil for the job!What we need from youYou live in Mexico City, and you're up for traveling - within and outside Mexico.3+ years selling into the luxury travel trade (hotels, resorts, DMCs, hotel representation) - you know this world.A network of your own among Mexico's luxury agencies and consortia? Huge plus.Native-level Spanish. Fluent-to-advanced English is a must. Portuguese?
