YOUR TASKS

- Analyzing technical customer requirements and ensuring they are implemented within the product engineering process (PEP).

- Ensuring the implementation and application of quality tools and methods within the development process (incl. System Engineering, Mechanical Design, HW and SW).

- Development of test strategies for validation of head lamp light modules

- Performing reviews and assessments to ensure process compliance towards internal and external automotive standards and customer requirements.

- Support in further developing product and process qualification measures to secure lessons learned

- Methodical support of the project team for risk analysis and problem solving

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering.





- 5 years of experience in quality / automotive industry, experienced product validation, product testing, and project launches, mechanical design knowledge preferable.

- Knowledge of automotive lighting technology (esp. light modules) preferable.

- Knowledge on quality core tools (Control plan, FMEA, measuring gauges, test equipment, dimensional management, GD&T;).

- Problem-solving (8D´s, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

- Good communication/ presentation skills, knowledge in product development processes and project management desirable

- Fluent English Must.

- Willingness for business travel
