Job Title: Insurance Operations Specialist

Pay Rate: $5.00 – $6.00 USD/hr (Approx. $867.50 – $1,041.00 USD/month base)

Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)

Location: 100% Remote (Open to candidates residing in Latin America)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly professional Insurance Operations Specialist for a permanent, full-time remote opportunity. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting daily client servicing, managing insurance documentation, processing policy records, and keeping agency management systems pristine—all while enjoying long-term stability and career growth opportunities.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and process policy documents efficiently and accurately.
- Draft and organize customer proposals from incoming insurance carrier quotes.
- Assist with daily account servicing tasks to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Maintain, organize, and update client profiles and data using Agency Management Systems (AMS).
- Collaborate with team members and US stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operational workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Agency Management System (AMS) Experience:



Hands-on experience using Applied Epic is strongly preferred. Experience in similar platforms (such as AMS360, Vertafore Sagitta, or QQCatalyst) will also be considered and must be highlighted on your resume.
- Industry Background: 1–3+ years of recent experience in insurance processing, verification, or insurance-focused customer service.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English speaking and communication skills alongside strong professional fluency in Spanish (written & spoken).
- Core Professional Traits: Highly reliable, responsible, professional, detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, skilled at multitasking, willing to learn, striving for success, independent, and possessing excellent communication skills.
