The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Sr Recruiter to join us on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the client side in Monterrey. This role sits within the Financial Services space.

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you’re good at relationship handling, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

- Full-cycle recruitment for Financial Services roles, covering the LATAM market
- Talent sourcing for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
- Passive candidate sourcing.
- Planning and talent pipelining.
- Competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Recruitment marketing and employer branding.

Skills & Requirements

Must haves:

- Native or Fluent Spanish language and English to a business proficient level minimum
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Recruitment analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication.




- Relationship building.
- Stakeholder management.
- Negotiation and influencing.
- Presentation and facilitation.
- Candidate experience management.

Nice to haves:

- Any additional languages would be beneficial
