We're looking for motivated English/Spanish Bilingual Patient Scheduling Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. If you're confident on the phone, enjoy connecting with people, and know how to turn conversations into appointments, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll proactively contact patients to schedule important preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments. Every conversation you have helps someone take the next step toward better health.

This is a permanent independent contractor opportunity with weekly USD payments and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do

- Make 125+ outbound calls per day
- Schedule preventative and follow-up healthcare appointments
- Educate patients on the importance of routine healthcare
- Build trust and rapport with patients
- Handle objections professionally while maintaining empathy
- Accurately document every interaction
- Meet productivity, quality, and appointment conversion goals
- Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA requirements

Hours of Operation

Monday to Thursday:

- 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

Friday:

- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST





Schedules will fall within these operating hours.

Technical Requirements (Essential)

- Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
- 16 GB RAM
- Dual monitors
- Webcam and headset
- i5 processor and up
- Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
- Backup power solution
- Microsoft Teams / Office 365
