We are currently seeking ambitious early-carreer professionals to participate in our 6-Month Professional Development Program, where participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from key departments within our Expedite Transportation Division.

Qualifications

The adecuado candidates will meet the following requirements:

- Senior-year student or soon-to-be graduate in International Business, International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the ability to commute to San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León
- Advanced English proficiency required (100% professional communication in English)
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation (6 months preferred)
- Solid understanding of logistics and transportation operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Program Responsibilities





Participants will gain exposure to and support various areas of our logistics operation, including:

- Driver recruitment and onboarding support
- Administrative tasks, including document collection and database management
- Documentation review and verification
- Compliance and documentation audits
- Daily shipment monitoring and tracking
- Communication with customers to ensure successful freight deliveries (in English and Spanish)
- Coordination with third parties, including warehouse personnel and drivers
- Management and validation of freight pickup and delivery documentation
- Rate negotiation for ground transportation services
- Route quoting and customized logistics solutions
- Import and export coordination
- Assignment and management of transportation equipment and carriers
