Job Title: Accounting Analyst

Pay Rate: $7.00 USD/hr (Approx. $1,214.50 USD/month base)

Shift & Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST | Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (36 hours/week)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)

Location: 100% Remote (Open exclusively to candidates residing in Latin America)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Accounting Analyst for a permanent remote opportunity. In this role, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, maintain customer invoicing and vendor bills, assist with purchasing operations, and keep financial spreadsheets updated—all while taking on expanded responsibilities as the position grows.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

- Process and enter vendor bills accurately while maintaining organized accounts payable tracking.
- Create and distribute customer invoices promptly to support smooth accounts receivable workflows.
- Assist with purchasing processes, vendor communications, and routine procurement tasks.
- Maintain, update, and audit financial spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Provide general administrative and accounting support following documented procedures.
- Take on expanded bookkeeping, financial, and administrative duties as the role develops.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory Software Requirement: Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online is strictly required. Candidates without QuickBooks experience will not be considered.
- Professional Background: Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, administrative support, or purchasing operations.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to follow detailed operational workflows independently.
- Core Traits: Reliable, responsible, professional, detail-oriented, willing to learn, striving for success, independent, and possessing excellent organizational and time-management skills.
