We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to support U.S.-based clients. This role requires hands-on QuickBooks experience and the ability to manage bookkeeping tasks independently with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.

This is not an entry-level position. Salary is paid bi-weekly in USD. Candidates must already understand bookkeeping fundamentals and be comfortable working in QuickBooks with minimal training.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- At least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- At least 2 years of experience using QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of:
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Categorizing transactions
- Month-end close
- Reviewing and cleaning up accounts
- Basic financial statements (P&L; and Balance Sheet)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Professional written communication (English proficiency required)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily and monthly bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks




- Accurately categorize transactions and maintain clean books
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
- Identify and flag discrepancies or issues
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Follow internal procedures and documentation standards
- Log work consistently and accurately per company requirements
- Meet monthly deadlines for assigned clients

Required

- Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping firm
- Familiarity with payroll, sales tax, or multi-account management
- Basic English communication skills

Candidates without QuickBooks experience or with less than 2 years of bookkeeping experience will not be considered.

Pay: $17,480.00 - $20,000.00 per month
