Remote Project Manager (Mexico)The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing (The Workflow)

You will own the project lifecycle from start to finish. We use high-level applications and platforms where precision is key. Your daily tasks will include:

- Initiating Operations: Kickstarting workflows for the operations department.
- Client Concierge: Contacting customers to set expectations and ordering all pre-construction tasks.
- Project Oversight: Providing daily updates to stakeholders and ensuring internal apps are updated in real-time.
- Quality Control: Coordinating post-installation tasks, including final plumbing and engineering tests.
- Project Close-out: Handling the final conversation with the customer, collecting final documentation, and securing final payments.

Requirements:

- Fluent English (near-native proficiency).
- High level of comfort with technology and "app-heavy" workflows.
- 3+ Previous experience in project management or operations (Construction/Engineering background is a plus!).
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
