The Role:

We’re seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager who will be the linchpin in ensuring clients move seamlessly from client onboarding through the pre-litigation phase. You’ll work remotely, supporting our attorneys in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for pre-litigation clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, through medical treatment, records collection and the demand phase.
- Case Preparation: Coordinate clients’ initial and ongoing medical treatment, set up insurance claims, and obtain all necessary documentation including declarations pages, medical records, medical bills,



police reports, open records, health insurance subrogation, and lost wage documentation.
- Demand Preparation: Prepare and send out demand letters while ensuring all authorizations are properly on file.

Must-Haves:

- 1+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm, with a focus on pre-litigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with case management software (Neos/Needles preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Nice-To-Haves:

- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Paralegal certification.

Performance Metrics:

- Declarations paged obtained within 35 days of obtaining the incident.
- Medical records and bills obtained within 30 days of discharge from treatment.
- Demand letters sent within 45 days of discharge from treatment.
- Efficient message and email management, adhering to a 2-day response time.
- Keep case files, checklists, and notations updated in Neos, ensuring no item is overdue beyond 5 days.
- Maintaining case files and checklists, ensuring no overdue items.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Core Hours: 9am EST to 3pm EST, with start and end hours being versátil.
- 100% remote position.
