Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. The idóneo candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely assistance regarding our products and order statuses.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to product details, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate order fulfillment and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a customer service or B2B environment is a plus.

Available Shifts:

- 1 opening from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- 1 opening from Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 1 opening from Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- 1 opening from Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 1 opening from Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Location: Baja Maq El Águila, Tijuana, B.C.
