Requirements

- No unjustified absences in the last 3 months. (Must have)
- No active disciplinary actions on record. (Must have)
- Attendance must be on target. (Must have)
- At least 3 months of tenure. (Must have)
- Schedule flexibility. (Must have)

Skills

- Strong Problem-Solving, Analytical & Critical thinking skills. (Must have)
- Proficient in MS Office and tools, and performance tracking systems. (Desired)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral (Excellent English Proficiency level). (Must have)
- Excellent English Proficiency level (Must have)
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks,



and multitask in a dynamic and always-changing environment. (Must have)
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to coach underperforming agents with empathy and firmness. (Must have)
