JOB SUMMARY
A well-rounded individual with strong data analysis skills and experience in production planning. This role is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing key data related to production, demand, and operational capacity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Collect and analyze data related to production, demand, and supply chain factors.
- Develop and manage dashboards and interactive reports to track production KPIs.
- Build and maintain demand forecasting and capacity planning models.
- Identify data trends to optimize operations, reduce costs, and shorten delivery times.
- Ensure data integrity to support effective decision-making.
- Manage short-, medium-, and long-term production planning to optimize resources, time, and costs.
- Assist with company wide projects and system upgrades.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Participate in required training.
- Maintain records of the production schedule.




- Locate customer product requests in Syteline.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or technical certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced user).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong multi-tasking and project management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
