We are hiring a Recruiting Assistant / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment operations and assist with managing candidates throughout the hiring process. This is a remote, full-time position adecuado for someone who is organized, proactive, and fluent in English.

You will work closely with the main recruiter and hiring team, serving as a key point of contact for candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with posting job openings and sourcing candidates
- Review resumes and applications and support initial screening
- Communicate with candidates via email, messaging, and phone
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records
- Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support recruitment-related administrative and onboarding tasks

Requirements

- Advanced / near-native English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organizational skills




- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support is a plus
