Position: Market Manager

We are seeking a strategic Market Manager to lead our local marketing and retail initiatives, driving brand growth, user acquisition, and sales conversion across the region.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end online and offline campaigns, manage in-store promoter teams, and conduct deep market research to optimize brand positioning. By partnering closely with sales, product, and general headquarters teams, you will ensure seamless execution of localized marketing strategies and elevate the overall consumer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the Mexico market, leading the local marketing team to achieve annual marketing targets and driving sustained brand growth in the local market.
- Manage and guide the local marketing team, overseeing the planning, execution, and post-campaign review of both online and offline marketing activities, continuously improving brand exposure, user growth, and sales conversion.
- Conduct in-depth market research, analyzing consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to provide decision support for brand positioning, product promotion, and market strategy.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, e-commerce, and headquarters marketing teams to ensure brand communication, marketing campaigns,



and market strategies are effectively implemented in the Mexico market.
- Responsible for retail/in-store marketing management, overseeing the promoter (in-store sales) team and third-party marketing resources, continuously improving on-the-ground execution, brand image, and consumer experience.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience; experience in consumer electronics, consumer goods, or cross-border brand marketing preferred.
- Familiar with the Mexico market and local consumer characteristics, with experience in brand promotion, integrated marketing, and channel marketing.
- Team management experience, with the ability to lead a local marketing team to achieve business goals, along with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
- Strong data analysis, project management, and resource integration capabilities, with the ability to independently drive complex projects to completion.
- Language requirements: Fluent in Spanish and English.
