Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience
- Closed transactions within the last 24 months
- Functional English
- AMPI certification (completed or in process)
- Own vehicle
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Full-time commitment to real estate

Commission Structure

Our commission model is designed to reward documented production and long-term growth.

Agents begin at an initial split level, with opportunities to move into higher commission tiers based on verified sales volume and experience.

Documented production from previous brokerages in Puerto Vallarta may also be considered when qualifying for higher commission levels.

Sueldo: $80,000.00 - $300,000.00 al mes
