100% on site - Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco (in front of Alameda Norte)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

- Base salary: $20,000 (before taxes)

SCHEDULE

- Training: Monday to Friday
- 8-hours shifts within service window (8:00 am. - 8:00 pm.)
- 1 hour lunch break
- Monday to Friday| 2 days off on weekend

RESPONSABILITIES

- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Internet, WiFi, Voice).
- Guide customers through clear technical steps.
- Analyze routers and modems to identify root causes.
- Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Educate customers on service enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory)

- High school diploma
- Advanced English (B2+)
- Comfortable speaking 100% in English
- 6+ months experience in technical support (call center).
- Strong computer skills
- Full documentations
- Availability for on-site work
