Description

We are looking for a Web Operations Specialist (German-English) to ensure the smooth operation, performance, and functionality of web-based platforms and services. This role involves troubleshooting website issues, assisting customers with web-related inquiries, and optimizing web operations to enhance user experience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of website management, digital platforms, and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide bilingual customer support in German and English for web-related issues, including website navigation, account access, and technical troubleshooting.

Monitor website performance, uptime, and security, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Assist customers in troubleshooting login issues, payment processing errors, and other web-based technical concerns.

Collaborate with developers and IT teams to resolve website bugs, outages, and performance issues.

Requirements:
