ENGLISH SPEAKERS WANTED! - $20,000 MXN monthly salary PLUS COMMISIONS!!!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and closing deals, have a shark mentality and able to learn and grow successfully in an efficient amount of time! We are looking for someone who is motivated to close sales and someone who is money motivated!!

We are hiring fully fluent english speakers in CANCUN, MEXICO for a call center in real estate industry.

This position will be in charge of speaking to real estate agents and listing the company's properties for sale on the internet.

The idóneo person we are looking for is

- 100% fluent in english and likely a native speaker born in the united states

- confident over the phone with negotiations and phone sales

Must be able to come to work IN OFFICE.

times are: 10:00-6:00pm CST Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

- Contact warm provided leads and qualify the seller's property to sell through our program
- Be able to evaluate homes
- Attend walk throughs
- Successfully overcome objections and close the sale and get the contract signed




- This is a sales position and sales experience is required
- All training and scripts are provided, but must already have the foundation of a sales person and have a background in successfully closing sales

Pay: $20,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
