Job Title: SAP Cloud ERP – Controlling (CO) Consultant (Service-Centric)

Location: Latin America (Remote with occasional travel to the Caribbean and Florida during UAT and go-lives. US visa required)

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Start date: August 2026 (Adaptable)

Mandatory language: Advanced English (Minimum B2 level)

Requirements:

· +5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Controlling (CO) / Management Accounting consultant with a specific focus on service-centric, professional services, or project-driven business implementations.

· Demonstrated hands-on experience in full end-to-end SAP Cloud ERP (formerly SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) implementations or migrations in service-centric environments, specifically covering the Controlling / Management Accounting Line of Business.

· Deep hands-on configuration experience with project cost controlling in SAP Cloud ERP: enterprise project structures, WBS element configuration, project profiles, project type definitions, and cost collection on projects and work packages for service delivery organizations.

· Hands-on experience designing and configuring Account-Based Profitability Analysis (Margin Analysis) for service-centric scenarios:



project-relevant characteristic derivation, COGS component splitting from project costs, and service profitability reporting configuration; the candidate must understand that costing-based CO-PA is not available in SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition and be able to design all profitability solutions entirely within Account-Based CO-PA / Margin Analysis.

· Strong understanding of the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) architecture in SAP S/4HANA and how service-centric CO postings — project cost flows, time recording entries, overhead allocations, and EBRR revenue postings — integrate in real time without reconciliation between FI and CO.

· Strong understanding of the integration between Service-Centric CO and Financial Accounting (FI), Sales and Distribution / Professional Services (SD/PS), and Procurement (MM) within SAP Cloud ERP.

· Candidates must have done one public cloud implementation.

· Advanced English skills (minimum B2 level).

· Candidate must be currently based in Latin America.
