To support the continued growth of our Mexican operations, we are looking for an experienced Finance Mananger who will lead the local finance organization and act as a strategic business partner to both local and general leadership teams.

This is a key leadership position with significant impact on business performance, operational excellence, and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all Finance activities including Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Financial Planning, and Reporting.
- Define and execute the finance strategy in alignment with local and global business objectives.
- Drive the transformation and continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Review and analyze Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements for Actuals, Forecasts, and Budgets.
- Monitor business performance and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and Group policies.
- Develop and implement cost control initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Manage treasury activities, liquidity planning, financing, and banking relationships.
- Support strategic projects including SAP roll-outs, IFRS implementation, and reporting improvements.
- Build, coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Collaborate closely with plant management, regional leadership, and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's Degree, MBA, CPA, ACCA,



or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of finance experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience as Finance Director, CFO, Head of Finance, or in a comparable role.
- Strong expertise in Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Planning, and Risk Management.
- Experience working within multinational and matrix organizations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and corporate reporting standards.
- Advanced analytical, reporting, and financial modelling capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Fluent English communication skills.

International Mobility Opportunity

This position is permanently based in Mexico and will be hired under a local Mexican employment contract.
