Wokrforce Operations Manager

Location: Tijuana or Guadalajara (In-Office)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Data Operations Coordinator to own the company's operational performance through data, KPIs, and cross-functional visibility.

This role sits at the center of the business-connecting intake, case management, compliance, and leadership, ensuring that decisions are driven by accurate reporting, clear metrics, and continuous operational improvement.

You will not just report data- you will own it, challenge it, and use it to drive performance across teams.

Core Responsibilities

- Define, track, and standardize KPIs across Intake, Case Management, and Compliance
- Build a single source of truth for performance metrics
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and data integrity issues
- Translate data into clear business insights and actions

Reporting & Dashboards

- Build and maintain dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Automate reporting wherever possible (SQL, Zapier, etc.)
- Present insights to leadership with clear recommendations (not just numbers)

Cross-Team Operational Alignment





- Work directly with team leads to ensure KPIs are understood and actionable
- Run performance review cadences (weekly KPI reviews, monthly deep dives)
- Push accountability across teams using data

Data-Driven Process Improvement

- Identify bottlenecks using data
- Recommend and implement improvements
- Track impact post-implementation

Data Integrity & System Optimization

- Ensure clean, reliable data across platforms like Filevine and Lead Docket
- Audit workflows and system usage
- Improve tracking structures (fields, tags, stages, etc.)

Bonus & Performance Audits

- Validate bonus calculations against KPI outputs
- Identify discrepancies and risks
- Ensure fairness and accuracy in performance tracking

Hiring Requirements

Must-Have

- 6-8 years in operations, data analytics, or business ops
- Strong experience building dashboards & tracking KPIs
- Advanced Excel/Sheets + working knowledge of SQL
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Proven ability to turn data into decisions and actions
